ANAND TERRACES IN KENGERI

 

Client: Anand Developers Project details: 1.5 acres, BUA - 1,20,000 sft,  98 units of 2-bed, 3-bed, 3-bed duplex and 4-bed penthouse configurations.

 

The client wanted us to design a complex similar to Trinity Acres/Woods on this narrow, L-shaped property in Kengeri. The USP of this project is that each condominium has it’s own large terrace garden/s instead of balconies. The building is designed such that the terraces recede away from the road as it rises, to make the project appear low slung and to allow more light to the lower units.

 

The vehicular movement is confined to the parking area at the stilt level, which allows for a car-free, landscaped area around the buildings. It has amenities like a walking/jogging track, public park, water bodies, children’s play area, clubhouse with a roof level swimming pool. The existing 43 coconut trees are left untouched and incorporated in the landscape along the walkway.
