Krishvi Wisteria is a completed 96 apartment housing complex in Brookefields, Bangalore. Keeping in mind, the client’s requirement, we have achieved 90% carpet area and 1.5 car parks/unit. The receding balconies allow the residents to have expansive views and allow natural light to sneak in.

 

The vehicular movement is restricted to the parking area in the stilt floor, which allows for a car-free, landscaped area around and between the buildings. Amenities like children’s play area, senior-citizens corner, jogging track, swimming pool and a state-of-the-art clubhouse have been planned.
