TRINITY ENCLAVE ON OLD MADRAS ROAD

 

Client: Suraj Condominiums. Project details: BUA - 65,000 sft, 60 apartments of 2 and 3 bed configurations

 

Trinity Enclave is a 60 apartment building with a total built-up area of about 65,000 sft. It is on a linear site with a small frontage on the busy Old Madras Road. When we designed this apartment 20 years back, we never thought Old Madras Road would become as busy as it is now. Yet anticipating increased traffic, we designed a dead buffer wall in the front to reduce sound transmission. The lack of openings has also reduced the pollution levels.
