OUR DESIGN STYLE

In the last 24 years we have developed a unique style which is characterized by open-to-sky courtyards, water bodies, ample light and ventilation, pillared verandahs, pitched, tiled roofs and buildings that are rooted and sit comfortably in their surroundings. This has a lot to do to the fact that our roots are in Kerala.

Having lived in Karnataka, we love the rough and polished textures of Sadarahalli granite and use it in some form in most of our buildings. We reinterpret the traditional architecture style with a contemporary design sensibility and use the local, natural materials judiciously to create buildings that look aesthetic and cheerful.
