Client: Mr B.G. Reddy. Project details: 50' x 80', BUA - 28,000sft, 10 apartments of 3 bed configuration

 

This five storey contemporary apartment building located in the busy IT hub in Sarjapur, Bangalore is designed solely for the purpose of renting out to young professionals. 

​

Built on a 50' x 80' site, we were able to give the client ten luxurious three-bed apartments. Each apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms each with an attached toilet and balcony, a big living room, separate family (TV) area, a distinct dining room and a kitchen with utility. There has been a lot of demand for these apartments from co-living working executives because of their configuration  that gives the inmates privacy but at the same time access to shared public spaces.
