AMALGAMATION AT KALYAN NAGAR
Client: Self Project details: 3,300 sft, Site dimensions - 40' x 60'
This house in Kalyan Nagar on a small site of dimensions 40'x60', has 4 bedrooms, a family room, a media room and a terrace garden. The living room, dining room and master bedroom are integrated around gardens punctuated with delightful lily ponds.

The amalgamation of the Kerala style of architecture with the locally available Sadarahalli granite is the striking feature of this house. The house is low slung and sits comfortably in it's environment because of the pitched roof that straddles the width of the site. The public spaces are segregated from the private bedrooms.
