Client: Krishvi Projects. Project details: 42,000 sft,  20 apartments of 3 and 4 bed configurations of sizes 1800 sft to 2600 sft

 

The apartments are designed bilaterally, across the width of the site so that they get light and ventilation from two opposite sides. The result is that you get different views from the living-dining spaces. All rooms have privacy, get good natural light and cross ventilation. The floor slabs are projected out to form curved, protective chajjas which create an  interesting facade. Moreover the balconies extend out into the curved projections to allow for potted plants and extra space.
